This meditation assumes you already know who your spirit animal guide is, if you do not know you can try it and see what happens. Just take care to chuck any animal bias out the door. If you do not, you may see a transitory spirit animal guide instead of the one who is with you all of your life. Transitory spirit animal guides are wonderful. So no worries if that is the case.
